Fanfic Forensics

This data set contains information about 100 Japanese-language Snape-centric Harry Potter dojinshi that I plan to compare and contrast with 100 English-language fanfics. At present, there's only a list of basic information about the samples, main pairings, and which character is seme or uke. I'll start adding info about various other narrative and visual elements from the samples as the project progresses.

Important notes: All data sets on this site are a work in progress; they are definitely incomplete and may contain factual errors. The links may take you to pages that contain triggering and/or adult material or are NSFW. If you think I've misrepresented or misinterpreted something, please let me know and I'll correct the information right away. If you're the author of a fanfic/dojinshi included in the data sets and you feel this is cruel and unusual abuse of your work, or you just don't want it mentioned anywhere for whatever reason, drop me a note and I'll remove identifying information from the entry (author name, title, link, summary) or remove the entry from the list entirely.
